Getting your web site right is essential if you want to be found online. However we’ve gone one step further with our new site to create a genuinely useful, (hopefully) interesting and user-friendly resource for all our clients and partners.

In the current climate, it’s more important than ever to add value and innovation to your products and services – which is where your web site comes in. It offers a real-time opportunity to communicate with new and existing customers and associates, starting a conversation based on sharing valuable information and news.

This is why we’ve redeveloped our own web site, making it far more user-friendly and interactive. We appreciate that accountancy isn’t the most compelling of subjects, but equally our insights and advice are essential for any business.

The new site is built around what our clients need, and how they prefer to receive information. Ideally this would be face-to-face, but as this isn’t always practical we’ve gone on telly! CBHC TV is our own broadcast channel which condenses our expertise into concise film clips made by specialist partners. The next best thing to speaking to a partner in person, you can log on and view the information, and/or read the articles in our monthly E-zine section if you prefer.

The site has only been live a short while, but already we’re seeing a high volume of traffic on the CBHC TV page and the response has been extremely positive. Each month we will upload new clips that provide timely information on all aspects of finance – so stay tuned in folks! Later on we will also be adding to site with interactive elements to encourage more feedback, and in the meantime there’s a new contact section designed to make getting in touch even easier.

As always, we’d like your feedback and ideas. We’re really pleased with the new site and suggest that this kind of functionality is something all our clients and partners should consider.
